Field Mustard - Brassica rapa " (Mustard Family - Cruciferae) " Recognized by the clasping, ear-like lobes of the stem leaves. Alien. Found in cultivated fields.

 

 

 

Not be confused with Winter Cress, barbarea vulgaris. Winter Cress also also has clasping leaves but they are notched unlike those of the field mustard, which are smooth and arrowhead-shaped.
