The Creations Salon is located directly across from the post office in downtown Circleville. Owner and stylist Wendy Feagans and stylist Brenda Sponaugle Allen welcome walk-ins but you may have to wait a while as the appointment book for these two very popular and skilled stylists is generally filled many days in advance. They offer all of the usual services of a hair salon as well as hair cutting for children and men.
